An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service! I had the pleasure of spending several days at this wonderful hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. A special shout-out goes to JIMMY, the bartender at the pool bar. Not only is he highly professional and friendly, but he truly knows his craft. His cocktail recommendations were spot-on every time – creative, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. Jimmy’s warm personality and great sense of humor made every visit to the pool bar a memorable one. He has a real talent for making guests feel welcome and at ease. The rest of the staff were also incredibly attentive, helpful, and courteous. The rooms are modern, clean, and stylishly decorated. The pool area is the perfect place to relax, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety of delicious options. I’ll definitely be back – not least because of Jimmy and his outstanding service. A big thank you to the entire team!

We have just had the most magnificent stay at Bab al shams. Just wow!!!! The ambiance of the hotel is pure magic. The restaurants are wonderful with excellent food and very attentive caring staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent lots to choose from and great quality. The private desert tour was wonderful with our guide William he was informative, engaged, very friendly and a wonderful photographer 😂. The reception staff were so very helpful 1 young man in particular I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he checked us in and out he was super attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay truly unforgettable we will definitely be back it was superb 🙏🏻

Absolutely loved our stay at Bab Al Shams! The place is super quiet, very clean, and the whole vibe is just amazing; a perfect mix of luxury, tradition, and modern style. If you're looking for a peaceful and chic getaway, this is it. The staff were all so kind and helpful, and I have to give a special shoutout to Michael at reception – he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Big thanks to him and the whole team! Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Luxury desert get away only 45min away from the city! I have been coming to this hotel for the past 12 years. This is the first time i came here after the full refurb and i can tell you that its amazing! Even though I like the old design as it was very traditional and authentic, they did a great job renovating the property to the very high standard. Its luxurious, cozy and stylish. The service has been great: the check in, Nanive restaurant, staff at the pool- all extremely hospitable, spot on, fast and thoughtful. The food at Nanive last night was delicious. The breakfast was amazing too. My husband is vegan, so the Chef made him vegan waffles. At the pool the life guard goes around spraying evian water on you at your request. You even get a free sun glasses cleaning service by the pool too- its all in the details. The only negative comment i can leave is that it is extremely expensive. Prices of Burj Al Arab: bottle of beer 20usd (70aed), coke 40aed etc. 1 hour massage is 850AED. Also the ac in our room was super loud. We reported it at night but we didnt want them to start fixing it at 10 30pm. Also the music from the bar was really loud. Nobody followed up about it this morning which i thought was quite dismissive.

This place is a wonderful hide away. Everything is at highest Quality! Rooms Service and Stuff. I have been treated like a Queen. I will come back for sure. Thank for having madd my stay so unforgettable. Kind regards Ursula
