Yes. All stays at Atlantis The Royal across all room categories include daily complimentary access to Atlantis Aquaventure per each night’s stay (from 9:30am – sunset) and unlimited access to The Lost Chambers Aquarium (10:00 – 21:00). There is no need to book these experiences in advance.
What’s the minimum age requirement to check-in to Atlantis The Royal?
Guest must be 18 years of age or older to book a room at Atlantis The Royal.
How can I get an early check-in?
The early check-in request can be made at the time of booking. However, it is strictly subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Should the guest request for guaranteed early check in, it is recommended that the booking is made from the previous day.
Can we use the resort facilities if we arrive before check-in?
Yes, once you have checked, the Front Office Reception will assist with luggage storage and provide a temporary identification card to access the beach, pool, and Aquaventure Waterpark, from as early as 10:00. Pools are open from 9:00 to sunset. Our beach is open from 9:00 to sunset, daily.
