This hotel is really beautiful, I love all the character and the different rooms that are available. The service was incredible and everyone was so lovely and helpful. The location was perfect and easy to walk to and from all around the city center. The bed was very comfortable, had blackout curtains, was quiet and had a nice seating area with a fireplace. I highly recommend a stop in their bar/restaurant and spa if you have time. I would absolutely love to return and would stay here again!

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. I have had the luxury of traveling on all continents except Australia/Oceania. I'm not a rich man, despite my lifestyle. I have hitchhiked across North America, getting kicked out of truck stops in Iowa in a blizzard; I have dined at several of the most renowned haute cuisine restaurants in the world. This boutique hotel brings you back to the Casablanca of old, for better or for worse. In this context, it is for the better. Art Palace offers charms that are so difficult to find now in Europe or the United States, where hotel rooms in generic multinational chains offer little if no service unless you have several thousand euros to spend each night at a Four Seasons, for example. Room service is 24 hours, classic French cuisine. Each room is spacious, many have terraces, all are suites. We stay there every time we go to Casblanca, and only there. I've read the reviews of others, and I can't speak to their experience. I can only recommend the Hotel Barceló next door if you need every experience in your life to be the same. The hotel is in an excellent location and is well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good selection of food, and the staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The water temperature while showering in the evening was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room did not have any milk sachets provided. When we requested some, we were charged 10 MAD, which I found to be unreasonable for such a basic amenity. Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, the stay was comfortable, and the service was generally good.

We enjoyed our stay here, location is pretty centralized, we were able to walk to most places. Staff was friendly, valet parking was included. I have 2 negatives: the night club in the The hotel was very loud, we ended up complaining at 1am, it was like the live music from the bar was literally in our room. 2nd- I booked a king bed room and they gave us a room with two twin beds, when I complained, they said the music was too loud in the other rooms. When I brought up the complaints when we were checking out, staff said they were working on the noise issue.
