How do I get to Arlo NoMad?
Arlo NoMad is located in Midtown East of Manhattan at 11 East 31st Street (on 31st Street, between Madison Avenue and 5th Avenue). Getting here from the airport? John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK): 15 miles, roughly 1 hour by car or public transportation La Guardia Airport (LGA): 9 miles, roughly 30 minutes by car or 1 hour by public transportation Newark Airport (EWR): 14 miles, roughly 45 minutes by car or 50 minutes by public transportation
Where do I park?
While the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, we offer valet from our partners at Red Ball Garage located at 142 E. 31st Street between Lexington and 3rd Avenue. . 24-hour rates, no in-and-out privileges are as follows: Standard Vehicle: $75 SUV: $85 This is subject to change at the discretion of the parking facility.
What is the minimum check-in age?
The minimum check-in age at Arlo NoMad is 21 years old. Guests will be required to present a valid photo ID, in addition to their method of payment at check-in
Are children allowed?
Yes! Arlo NoMad is family friendly. Any guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older to check-in.
When is check-in?
Check-in is after 3pm. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage for you so you can get out an explore.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Up to two (2) dogs or cats per room, each under 75lbs, may stay with their humans for the duration of their stay. There will be a fee of $20 pre-tax per pet, per night charged in addition to the standard room rate. All animals must be registered with the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot at this time permit animals other than dogs or cats in any capacity. Please review our pet policy for further information.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking, but many of our rates are fully cancellable when you book on our website.
