I absolutely loved my stay at Anwar ul Madina Mövenpick! The hotel is just steps away from the Prophet’s Mosque, which made everything so easy and peaceful. The staff were super friendly and always greeted us with a smile especially the guy najib ullah very helpful. Our room was neat, cozy, and had a great view. The food was also amazing, especially the breakfast. This hotel really makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I’ll definitely choose it again for my next trip.

My stay at Anwar ul Madina Mövenpick Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located near Masjid al-Nabawi, making it extremely convenient for prayers and visits. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well maintained with all modern amenities. The staff were professional,the boy named najib ullah was so courteous, and always ready to help, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options catering to both local and international tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah

Staying at Anwar ul Madina Mövenpick was a blessing.Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Madinah. Highly recommended Being so close to Masjid al Nabawi gave me peace of mind and convenience for every prayer. The environment was calm, respectful, and very well organized. The staff treated us with kindness, especially najib ullah sahab sucha great soul he really helped us so much, and his services was excellent. A truly memorable and spiritual experience.

If location is your absolute top priority when visiting Medina, the Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick Hotel is arguably in a league of its own. This sprawling 5-star hotel is just near the Prophet's Mosque (Masjid an-Nabawi). This is the hotel's single greatest asset. The direct, covered access to the mosque is a game-changer, especially during the intense heat of the day or crowded prayer times. It allows you to return to your room for rest, refreshment, or prayers with incredible ease. You are steps away from one of Islam's holiest sites, which is an experience in itself, particularly for the elderly, families with young children, or those with limited mobility. The hotel's exterior is grand and impressive. The lobby is vast, elegant, and often bustling with guests. While the sheer size can mean it gets busy, especially during check-in/out times around Hajj and Ramadan, the atmosphere is generally one of serene luxury. The design blends modern comforts with traditional Islamic architecture, creating a dignified and respectful ambiance befitting the location. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The key feature for most guests is the view. Many rooms offer a direct, breathtaking view of the mosque's minarets and green dome. Waking up to the Adhan with this view is an unforgettable experience. The decor is comfortable rather than ultra-modern, focusing on functionality. Amenities are good, with comfortable beds, a prayer area, and a Qur'an provided. The bathrooms are clean and functional. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with a huge variety of international and local dishes to suit all tastes. The quality of the food is generally very good. While dining in the hotel is convenient, it can be on the expensive side, as is common with high-end hotel restaurants. Service is generally efficient and professional. The staff are used to dealing with a high volume of international guests and are courteous and helpful. As with any large hotel, the level of attention can vary depending on how busy it is, but the overall standard is high. The convenience of having your luggage handled smoothly when arriving or departing is a significant plus. The hotel boasts a shopping arcade, a business center, and other amenities.

This was by far the WORST hotel experience of my life, and I regret ever booking Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick (Madinah Tower). I paid one of the highest prices only because of its location near the Prophet’s Mosque ﷺ, but what I got in return was nothing but filth, broken facilities, and humiliation for my family. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting — the seat cover was broken and falling apart, full of stains, and the fixtures were damaged beyond use. It felt like staying in a 3rd-class cheap motel, not a so-called 5-star hotel. The bedroom was no better: dirty carpets with horrible smells, outdated furniture, and zero maintenance. Nothing about this hotel is clean, comfortable, or worthy of its price. The staff and service made everything worse. From the front desk to the morning breakfast, it was all a scam. The check-in process was slow and chaotic, staff were rude and unhelpful, and breakfast was below any decent standard. They clearly do not care about guests — they only care about collecting money because of their location near the Haram. Just because I was here for Umrah, I stayed quiet during my trip out of respect for being in Madinah and in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ. But now I will speak the truth: this hotel is a disgrace and a scam.
