Absolutely incredible stay in this hotel from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are big and so well serviced. We booked the room with the private jacuzzi which was amazing. The breakfast was great and offered so much choice. We also opted to do the private dinner on the balcony of our room, with both food and service impeccable. The pool area is also beautiful with great views of the surrounding nature. As amazing as the hotel itself is, the staff are the biggest asset. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as well as efficient. Every request was sorted promptly and with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The service was exceptional — the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s aesthetics are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent housekeeping. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

luxurious hotel. rooms clean and spacious. there could be a slightly bigger table and more chairs in the room. facilities and food are amazing. staff is incredible, so kind and helpful. our driver Ade in particular was wonderful. He made our Bali trip so much better as a real Balinese person. if i ever come back to bali i might come back here just for Ade.

This is the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in! It is truly amazing, from the stunning statues and fresco outside to the incredible architecture of the hotel- it is a wonderful, soulful place to relax and recharge. The location is great for exploring Ubud and the hotel offers a free shuttle service into town. The food was lovely, fresh and beautifully presented and served in the fantastic restaurant area overlooking the picturesque grounds of the hotel. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were so wonderful and kind - they really went out of their way to make our trip special and couldn’t do enough for us. Everyone was so lovely, but we would give a special mention to Emi and Kadek on reception for helping us to arrange a short-notice trip to Mason Elephant Park, Iluh (Yashtini), Wina and Yogi for their friendly conversation and great service; Marga for packing us up breakfast for an early checkout and Putra (there is only one!), who was a great driver, taught us so much about Balinese life and culture, and also accompanied us around the museum/ art gallery (don’t miss this - it’s a chance to see the owners vast and impressive collection in an incredible building- you’ll be blown away!) Can’t recommend this hotel in the jungle enough- amazing pool too 😊

Recommended with some notes. Stayed for 2 nights. Opened in April 2025, rooms are quite large and have a jungle view. Quality building materials throughout. The staff was quite friendly and the food was good as well. Bedding is comfortable. This might be a great ‘stay in your room’ property but the room furnishings are too sparse (the room feels ‘empty’ of any soul), the staff put a table and 2 chairs at a mere mention which helped. Only 1 chair in the room and 1 swinging chair on the balcony were in our room (some photos show some rooms had add’l seating). The rooms could easily accommodate a sofa and definitely need seating for 2. NOTE: The owner’s private art gallery is THE SIZE OF THE ENTIRE HOTEL. It's a massive underground facility and worth a tour. This property is close to Ubud but no walking on the busy street, the hotel shuttle is easy to take into town. Kids are likely to quickly get bored here I fear.
