The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah

My experience at the Ritz-Carlton Jeddah was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegance and luxury of the property. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for comfort. I also enjoyed the exceptional dining options—each meal was a delightful experience. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, making me feel like a valued guest at every turn. I truly had a fantastic time, and I can’t wait to return for another stay at this magnificent hotel.

I have been a regular customer of the hotel since it first opened. We held three weddings for my sisters there, and I have stayed more than five times, including in the large suite. Currently, I am staying here until Saturday, January 18, 2025. I am familiar with the services of other hotels, but from my experience and knowledge, I always face issues with the services provided at this hotel, whether from the reception or room service. They complicate matters and follow systems that I only see here. Despite being a regular customer, I have not received anything special. I have encountered several situations where the poor service is evident. For example, I ordered something from outside, and the delivery person came to deliver it. He went to the reception, but they refused to deliver the item to my room. The delivery person contacted me to inform me of this, and I told him to hand the item to the reception, and they would deliver it to my room. The reception refused and asked me to come down and collect the item myself, even though I am a member of the hotel. Simple services that make a customer feel valued are not available here, and you will face many service issues and complications at this hotel.. ((I hope they improve the services))

Poor Experience, ZERO Service. Not Recommended Checking was delayed, no welcome or greetings it seemed like the people were not interested in their work at all. I was waiting in queue and when the other receptionist finally decided to come from the back room and open the other counter, he didn’t care who was next. Tried calling front desk multiple times from the room, no one picked up, literally no one. Good luck if you need anything in the room. I would definitely NOT recommend paying this much to get Zero service.

I’ve stayed at Ritz-Carlton properties in London, Dubai, Charlotte, Riyadh, New York, Washington D.C., and more — all consistently exceptional. Ritz-Carlton Jeddah, however, feels stuck in 2012. The service during Ramadan was chaotic, outdated, and far below the brand’s standard. I want to be clear: I’m not here to harm any of the hardworking staff — they don’t deserve to suffer for deeper management issues. But without proper accountability, the problems won’t be solved. I expect apology from the hotel manager. This is not the Ritz experience.

Last summer I went for afternoon tea with my husband in ritz Carlton Jeddah It was the worst afternoon tea I ever had and I did not expect it from them I have been to loads of afternoon teas all over London, I thought let’s give a try in Jeddah , I was greatly disappointed There were flies everywhere one got into my tea, did not like the ambience. There’s no welcoming feeling, service was lazy and pathetic. Things did not keep on coming, I did not feel as if we are in a five star hotel.
