Ace Hotel Brooklyn is a design-forward boutique hotel located at 252 Schermerhorn Street in the vibrant Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Opened in 2021, it’s one of the brand’s most architecturally ambitious projects, blending raw industrial aesthetics—like exposed concrete and steel—with warm natural materials including douglas fir, handcrafted textiles, and custom furnishings.
The hotel spans 13 floors with 287 rooms, many offering sweeping views of the Brooklyn skyline, Manhattan, or even the Statue of Liberty through floor-to-ceiling windows. Where do I park my car?
Offsite parking is available at IPark located at 255 Schermerhorn St. Brooklyn, NY 11217. It is a $34 overnight rate; $40 overnight rate for oversized vehicles – paid directly at the lot. Find more parking options here.
What is the minimum age required to check in?
You must be 21 or older to book a room. Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card.
Can I bring my pet?
We charge $25 per day per pet, for pets under 25 lbs. When we say pet we really mean dog, but just get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we’ll try to make it work. A pet waiver form must be signed at check-in time.
Can I smoke in my room?
No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the hotel we must charge a $350 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes. Go outside, meet a stranger.
