I recently gave birth at Aster Sanad Hospital, and I was truly blessed to be cared for by Nurse Milan Ann John. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and supportive throughout my stay. Her compassion and professionalism made me feel comfortable and safe during such an important time. I am deeply grateful for her excellent care and warm attitude. We were first admitted to the ER, and the doctors and nurses there were quick and very attentive. After doing all the necessary tests, they transferred us to the surgery ward. We were really happy with the care in the surgery ward. Most of the nurses were friendly and helpful. The doctor visited every morning and was available for emergencies. The room was clean and regularly stocked, and the food was provided according to the patient's diet. My husband was in a critical condition when we came in, but they treated him until he fully recovered. When I mentioned that the bed wasn’t comfortable, the nurse kindly arranged for a better room. The doctors were polite and took time to explain everything clearly. The cafeteria didn’t have many options, but their fresh salads, sandwiches, and juices were very good.

From check-ups to childbirth, I felt well taken care of. I would like to sincerely thank my OB doctors, Dr. Allyn Abuy, Dr. Nagla, and Dr. Ayman, for their excellent care during my check-ups and C-section operation. My gratitude also goes to the ER nurses who took care of me during the procedure, as well as Nurse Roja and the other staff nurses and Nursery who consistently checked on me and my baby in my room—I may not remember all their names, but each of them showed genuine kindness and support. A very special thanks to OPD Staff Ms. Sherly, who went above and beyond with her dedication and assistance. Even when it wasn’t part of her duty, she still helped us wholeheartedly, with no excuses. I am truly grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism of the entire team.
