This establishment is a highly-rated four-star hotel, offering excellent value. The rooms feature well-maintained beds and comprehensive amenities, including shampoo, body wash, body lotion, hand wash, and four dry towels. A tea preparation area is provided, although cups were not available. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with ample room for movement and prayer. Complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries/doughnuts are available for purchase on the ground floor. Pizza is also offered, though the quality and pricing are currently unconfirmed. Prayer mats, Qurans, and secure lockers are provided for guests' convenience.

Zowar International Hotel is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk from Masjid-e-Nabwi, which makes it an excellent choice for visitors. The rooms are good, though on the smaller side, while the washrooms are well-maintained and of good quality. However, the service can be inconsistent. Some reception staff can come across as rude and unhelpful, and room cleanliness could be improved. At times, even getting basics like water or tea may require extra effort—but thankfully, there are some room service staff who are polite and attentive. Overall, my stay was good and the location is the biggest advantage. Just a tip for tea lovers: if you enjoy milk tea, it’s best to bring your own milk.

Asalamoalaikum Its 12th of July 2025 that i with my family consisting of my better half and my two sons. First experience on entry into the room was not bad as i had not hight hopes due to some reviews but overall I think it was their experience as mine was much better. The service was good and they made the room when ever we asked them to. The distance from haram was not more that 4min walk. One can easily reach the mosque afyer azan and also offer his nafals. Near the female entry gates which was the main reason to be on this side. Over all i would recomend this hotel.

Do not book this hotel if you want to enjoy your time in Madina. The rooms were not spacious.They were very conjusted. We did not have space to keep our luggages. Also, with the shower they was no shower door so the water was all on the floor throughout the bathroom when we take shower which was disgusting. The services were terrible. To begin with they only provided 2 towels and 2 dental kit between 3 people. Nobody came to clean the rooms for 2 days upon asking on the reception the girl said yes, she will send somebody in next 10 minutes however nobody came for the next 45 minutes. So we went to the reception again and requested the house keeper to be sent straight away as we went all the way there to be around madina and not to be waiting in the hotel to get fresh towels. However the girl didn't wanted to help and she continued talking with her colleague mimicking about her customers which was so disrespectful. Then we requested to speak to the manager and the manager was not around nobody knew what time or where the manager is. After a long argument the girl on the reception claims to be the manageres but clearly she was not. The security guard comes in saying we will be send to the jail for 2 months for misbehaving but we were only asking for basic services that we paid for. Over all it was such a bad experience I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever because they are not ready to help. They don't offer basic services like having fresh towels everyday. I wished if I booked a different hotel :((

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that, I don’t even think they change the bed sheets. There are stains on the blankets and the room is small. Breakfast spread is good and staffs are great. But… cleanliness?? Poor. Honestly they say is 4-star hotel but please be noted, this is a one star hotel,
