2 weeks agoOne of a kind hotel that I could say that amazing, from the lobby to the rooms, it was very clean and I felt very comfortable. I would like to thank the Executive Manager Mr. Subhash Rai for my comfortable stay. Everything was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend the hotel.

She was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire reservation process. Ms. Hanan was very attentive to my needs, answered all my questions clearly, and ensured everything was handled smoothly and promptly. Her dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference and contributed to a great overall experience. I highly appreciate her support and would gladly recommend her excellent service.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Close to everything yet peaceful. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service. Especially Abdulaziz... Recommended for anyone visiting the area.

3 months agoExcellent Customer Service. Especially from Mr Fares and his colleagues at the front desk. Rooms are nice and clean. The only issue I faced is with UBER, they don’t come to the hotel unless you called the driver immediately upon requesting the ride snd inform the driver that you are at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
