My overall experience at Saja Al Madina Hotel was very pleasant. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the masjid e nabi, which makes it highly convenient for guests. The staff were courteous and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were comfortable, well-furnished, and provided a peaceful atmosphere for rest and reflection. The hotel also maintains a calm and family-friendly environment, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, one area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the washrooms. They were not always maintained to the expected standard. With more consistent attention to this aspect, the hotel could easily provide an outstanding experience overall.

I had a wonderful and happy stay at Saja Al Madinah! The room (603) was always spotlessly clean, and the Housekeeping Department did an excellent job throughout my visit. A special thanks to Mohammed Sohel — his kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude made my experience even more memorable. He always greeted with a smile and ensured everything was perfect. The hotel’s cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful atmosphere made me feel completely at home during my stay. Everything was well-organized, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every corner. I stayed at the Saja Al Madinah Hotel with my colleague for two nights. We traveled from Jeddah and called the hotel beforehand to confirm our booking and request a nice room. The receptionist was very kind, and when we arrived, there was a note waiting for us. We received an excellent room, and the service was extraordinary. I would like to extend my special thanks and appreciation to Ms. Sultana and Ms. Rehaf for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you for everything! I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel and its staff were amazing! Made umrah feel so easy. Convenient location and the customer service was amazing. Helped us so much. Helped to translate and order food to assistance overall. Rooms were spacious and beds extremely comfortable. May allah bless you all and insha'allah we plan to come and stay again and have recommended to friends and family already.
