The hotel in Medina was excellent! It is located very close to Masjid an-Nabawi, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The hotel staff are very kind and attentive, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team is fast, professional, and truly dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay. Alhamdulillah.. we came from mekah after our umrah. location is perfect and very near to the women’s prayer hall and raudhah.. room was also perfect with great room service. Emon did very good in making up the room including washing the bathroom. will definitely recommend to others.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean. The location is perfect and close. Special thank you to TUHIN, our bell boy for immaculate service. He was so friendly each time we saw him, in the lifts, at our room, in the lobby. He is a credit to the hotel, great conversation and service throughout. He deserves a pay rise!!

This was my second time staying at Dar Al Eiman Al Haram Hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Haram, which makes it incredibly convenient for prayers and access to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel manager and reception staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, and their warm hospitality really stood out. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Housekeeping was inconsistent — with some days where the room was not cleaned properly or on time. Room maintenance was also below expectations; we experienced leaking in the bathroom and signs of wear, which was disappointing, especially for a hotel that has recently undergone renovations. The condition of the rooms did not reflect the standard expected from a newly updated property. Additionally, the breakfast menu could be expanded to offer more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days or those with different dietary preferences. With better consistency in cleanliness, improved room upkeep, and a more diverse breakfast selection, this hotel could become a top choice — especially given its location and the excellent service at the front desk.

Have done a lot of travelling and have never seen such rude employees Check in with "Gharam" was horrendous. Honestly you need to teach her some customer service skills if she's going to work in reception. The door men / kids sit on their phones and watch old ladies struggle to enter with their bags. Recieved one hello entering the building in a 7 night stay. Paid extra for a city view which stares right onto the neighbours wall not worth the extra money. The only good thing this hotel has to offer is a good breakfast and the breakfast staff are nice. For the $$ spent I'll definitely go somewhere else next time in Madinah
