I found my stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah very Comfortable. The rooms are Spacious, Breakfast has a great variety, and the dedicated ACCOR members’ area is a nice privilege. The welcome Amenities of fruits, nuts, and Arabic coffee were much appreciated. The view of Masjid Nabawi from my room was truly Special, Alhamdulillah. The hotel’s location is excellent for men’s Prayer Area. For women, the prayer area is farther, and they have a shuttle bus though we did not try it. One suggestion would be to display shuttle timings clearly in the room or at least at the front desk for guests’ convenience. The overall experience remained positive. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Great Hotel I arrived early and Ms Asala was exceptional she modified my booking and upgraded even when I did not ask for it. Thanks for the great service and professionalism. Also Ms Noof was helpful to assist me in briefing me about the hotel facilities since I was exhausted and just needed a place to rest. Parking is very safe under the building with plenty of spaces attended by security staff. Home away from home, safe, and clean ambience. God bless you all at Pullman. Will be back again. Ghanim

I had a truly wonderful stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah. A special thanks to Chef Bilal at breakfast — always welcoming with a smile, attentive, and making sure everything was perfect every morning. His kindness and professionalism really made a difference to my experience. I also want to thank the management of the hotel and particularly FAISAL TARIQ who ensured that everything ran smoothly and that guests felt at home. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality were all excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Madinah. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Zamzam Hotel Madinah and was extremely happy with my experience. The location is excellent, being very close to Roza Shareef (for men), which makes it especially convenient. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a truly relaxing environment. Housekeeping services were of the highest standard — everything was impeccably clean and perfectly maintained throughout my stay. What truly distinguishes this hotel, however, is its remarkable staff. From housekeeping to front desk, every member of the team was attentive, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their warmth and dedication create an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and memorable. Because of the outstanding hospitality and consistently excellent service, Pullman Zamzam has become my preferred choice whenever I visit Madinah. I look forward to staying here again.

Exceptional service throughout the entire hotel from check-in to check-out. My family and I booked the executive suite, city view room. The room is very comfortable, spacious and clean for x3 adults and x1 child. Service with luggage was professional and room service amazing. Dinner is absolutely delicious with a different meals nightly. On arrival to dinner, we were welcomed every night by a real gentleman (Ahmed Soliman) who greeted us with a smile. He was so very polite, professional and always willing to help us. Very close to the Majeed Al Nabawi which is a bonus and made life very easy. We really enjoyed our stay at the Zamzam Pullman Madinah Hotel. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
