The food and service was excellent. I went there with a friend and we took the All You Can Eat offer. Food quality was really high and service as well. I would do the following (follow me for more business development tips) - see the possibility to highlight the restaurant externally, you technically have to be a guest in the hotel to know about this place - split the menus, make one for sushi and one for the Italian restaurant instead of a shared one - in-room service and special offers to hotel guests

My favorite sushi place in the region ... fresh and very special sushi rolls ... have tried different places in Saudi, Bahrain, and Dubai but nothing touches how good this place is ... definitely worth a try! We get the California maki, crispy California maki, and tempura maki. Some are made with shrimp, and the rest we ask crab to be substituted with shrimp tempura. Also, we order the halomi avocado salad, which delicious. If you like spicy food, you can request the spicy mayo. The service is excellent, and the staff are professional. The one issue for me is that they close on Fridays, which is not ideal as this is one of only two weekend evenings.

An easy five star rating for the perfect sushi place down in khobar , i went during lunch time ordering the all you can eat sushi offer , talk about the welcoming staff or the professional gestures or the high quality of presented items , by far the best sushi place in SAUDIA

Decent upmarket restaurant in Al Khobar with friendly and helpful waitstaff, that can be a little quiet on weekdays. At the restaurant, if you ask you’re able to order food from both Fusion for Japanese and Leonardo for Italian – combining the two menus gives you quite an extensive selection to choose from. The sushi seems almost like a must-have here and for the variety on offer, it’s pretty good. For the rest of the food, I found the quality to be very good right through to the desserts. However, the lobster tail dish I had seemed to be a little overcooked and have a grainy texture that was quite unpleasant.

Let’s start considering this is a 5 star hotel: 1- sushi was great and really tasty 2- we order sea bass and it was not fresh, not cooked well and with a weird smell; if you don’t have fresh seafood you just tell to your client, nothing bad to say so. if the food doesn’t meet the expectation of the client chef should go at the table and apologize/ask reasons. point that chef let deliver to a client seafood which was not good to be eaten having a restaurant which had only 4 guest, in a 5 star hotel this is not acceptable. manager of the restaurant apologize and offered free dessert which was really appreciate. Being a 5 star hotel didn’t meet them.
