Im so impress with this hotel specially to the receptionist Maha she is very sweet and treats us good even im a filipina 😇🥰 she is very accomodating and in the hotel the room is spacious and complete .

Great hotel apartment for long term stay. It has a well equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. On demand housekeeping service was provided. They could improve their food menu and breakfast menu. The TV in the room needs an upgrade too. It's very old and not a smart TV

Big rooms, good location for shopping, great breakfast

I recently had an overnight stay at this hotel, and my experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The room itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable accommodation for my stay. The gentleman who assisted me during the night check-in was polite and helpful. The breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, although it lacked a buffet option. Nonetheless, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a decent start to the day. Unfortunately, my experience took a downturn during the checkout process. The ladies at the reception were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. Instead of addressing queries themselves, they insisted on referring everything to the manager, even for simple requests. This lack of knowledge and willingness to assist customers left a negative impression and made the checkout experience frustrating. Overall, while the hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, along with a friendly receptionist during the night shift, the disappointing checkout experience with unhelpful reception staff prevents me from giving a higher rating. It is recommended that the hotel management address these service issues to ensure a more consistent and satisfactory experience for all guests.
