Smith’s Bar & Grill

First time going, can't really fault the place. We went for the roast buffet; you get three starters (plates) as many times as you like, and the same with the main, one plate at a time, as many times as you like. I went for the lamb and couldn't eat all of it (big portions). Also in the picture, my partner went for pork belly... dessert, same as, various varieties.

2nd time to visit Smiths and it was not a disappointment at all. Great food, great service and overall a great time. The brunch options was varied, the steak cuts were perfection. 2 dishes per order and collection of drinks on offer was perfect. Wine, Prosecco or Spritz.

We booked as a family of 3 for a Saturday lunch and when we arrived we received a warm welcome by the receptionist. We were promptly showed to our table and our waitress, Julie, attended to us right away. She was great throughout our lunch. We decided to go with the a la carte menu, selected a few starters, such as calamari fritti, burrata, parmigiana and smoked salmon, accompanied with warm fresh bread rolls, followed by our little ones, kids mini sausages with chips, a vibrant haloumi salad and rib-eye steak cooked to perfection with peppercorn sauce. The desserts we tried were a perfect end to our meal, we had a tiramisu, raspberry cheesecake and churros. We cleaned all of our plates which speaks volumes. The quality of the food is exceptional, be prepared for tasty dishes, leaving your taste buds tantalised. The outside looks inviting with lots of plants and the decoration inside is modern and sleek. The restaurant is very attractive and paired with their delicious food and attentive service, it’s a great spot in Paddington Central. Give it a try.

After arriving in London we were really hungry and wanted to quickly find a place where we could have a proper English breakfast. That’s how we found this spot, and we definitely didn’t regret it. It’s in a very cozy location, the staff are super friendly, and the food is delicious. I can only recommend this place to everyone. If we’re in the area again, we’ll be happy to come back.

Actually won a meal hear through Instagram so was the first time I had been. Was amazing food, brilliant service from all the staff. Had the bottomless roast dinner which works out great value. Would definitely recommend and go back myself!
