Hilton Cairo Heliopolis Hotel

Location-wise, the hotel is ideal if you’re looking to stay near the airport or prefer a quieter area away from the busy downtown Cairo atmosphere. However, keep in mind that during rush hours, the drive to downtown can take up to an hour, while at less busy times it’s around 25–35 minutes. The hotel itself is well-maintained — rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are spacious. I visited in November and was pleasantly surprised to find the outdoor pool heated, which made swimming possible even in cooler weather. Guests also get complimentary access to the health club, which includes a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna — a really nice bonus. Breakfast offers a wide range of options, with a mix of Arabic and international dishes. There were even several Asian cuisine options such as ramen, which was a unique touch. However, the breakfast area gets extremely crowded. It was difficult to find a table, and the queues for food were quite long, which was disappointing. The staff throughout the hotel are super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mohamad Kamal at the check-in desk for being exceptionally accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience that I’d definitely recommend — especially if you want to stay in New Cairo or near the airport.

I went with a group of professionals nearly 250 people, Decent, clean hotel. The staff were friendly. The gym is relatively well equipped and the pool is quite nice. The service was also good. Everything in the hotel from check in to check out, the service, housekeeping, room service was excellent. A hotel near the airport and thank you for the welcoming service.

Had an excellent stay while in Egypt. The staff went above and beyond. There was a little welcome gift in the room when I arrived. I had a short stay so I did not get to enjoy a ton of amenities but what I did was great. The lobby is beautiful and there’s a wide array of food selections. I ate at My Kind of Place and the selection and food was so good!! Location is very accessible to the airport but not so close as you hear any airport noise

Overall very good. Excellent location, really handy for the airport and a free shuttle bus to get me to the airport in time for my flight home. Staff were all super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My room felt a little “tired” but was well appointed and in working order. Being so close to the airport, it probably has a high turn over of people so being a little rough around the edges is probably to be expected. Room service was good value and efficient. Excellent food options in all restaurants I’ve tried. I particularly liked Le Marché, the French cafe/bakery, i had a couple of pastries/cakes from there during my stay, and the meal I had on one night was excellent. Service was really good too, especially from Remon who went above and beyond to welcome me and ensure I had everything I wanted. Breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I’ve had on my travels. Everything perfectly cooked, well stocked, so many options to suit all tastes. Overall very happy.

The hotel is overall nice with good atmosphere and the rooms are ok however, all rooms are a bit smelly and everything (bed, carpet,..) is damp all the time..but this is not the problem. The biggest issue is with the honesty of this hotel!! Be very careful when it comes to payments as they will scam you specially if u are a tourist and paying with a different currency... My booking was prepaid for 624.8$ and I paid 625 $ during the check in ..we didn't order anything or get ny extra service .yet, by check out they asked me to pay extra 28$ nd gave me an invoice which doesn't make any sense. Claiming that my rate is wrong ... After paying I checked my emails and indeed my booking is 624.8 so I had to ask for the manager and fight with them to make them revert the amount they made me pay. This same scenario happened with our friends as well.. as we were all in the same hotel to attend a wedding. Moreover, a valuable neckless was stolen from the bridal suite. We were lucky nothing was stolen from us as we had our room on don't disturb the whole time and didn't let house keeping in 🤣.
