Yes! We’re just a 15-minute walk to St Paul’s Cathedral and even closer to Farringdon Station, which connects you to the rest of London in minutes.

What’s the nearest station to YOTEL London City?

Farringdon Station is just a few steps away. It’s a major hub with access to the Elizabeth, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines, as well as National Rail.

What’s the best way to get around London from YOTEL London City?

With Farringdon Station so close, the Tube is your best bet for quick, seamless travel. Buses and taxis are also readily available, and walking to nearby landmarks is easy.

Do you allow smoking at the hotels?

We have a strict non-smoking policy, and do not accept smoking anywhere on property. This includes in all of our rooms and public spaces. There is at least a £200/€200 fee that will be charged to anyone who violates our non-smoking policy.

Checking in and checking out At YOTEL,

we like you to be able to make the most of your time. We’ve replaced the traditional front desk with self-service stations for a seamless stay, cutting out all the queuing. You can access the stations 24/7 and the Mission Control crew is available round the clock should you need any help. Our standard check-in time is any time after 15:00 and check-out is any time before 11:00. We’ll be happy to look after your luggage if you want to go out and explore.

We were greeted by wonderful and friendly reception staff. quiet location with many shops around and metro/train just a few minutes away. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. The elevators to the rooms were clean and only had key card access, which was a great security feature. The room was spotless, small but comfortable, and perfect for the three of us. The bed was movable, so you could see each other in bed without having to lean on a hard headboard; it was also very comfortable and cozy. The shower was a luxurious rain shower with branded shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with hand soap and body lotion near the vanity, making it a home-from-home experience. The location was super quiet with blackout curtains. Bonus points for a Chrome Cast TV, so you could watch something you wanted while getting ready or returning from your day out. This hotel also offers a £5 food voucher every time you skip a towel change to help save water! A great incentive for guests. I will recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. 💙

Getting a decent room at a somewhat reasonable price in cities like London and Paris is always a challenge. I think Yotel does a really good job of balancing comfort, service and price in a great location. Yes, the standard rooms are small but if you're travelling with hand luggage, not planning to hang out or eat a takeaway pizza in your room, and just staying a few days, I think this is fine. If you want more comfort, definitely book one of the bigger rooms but the standard ones are fine if you are out sightseeing a lot and just want a place to sleep. The rooms are well designed, modern and very clean. Airco works well. Downstairs there is a snack and drinks bar. If you skip a room clean, you get a 5 pound credit. Staff were friendly. Location is amazing with several bus stops and Farringdon station nearby. The only thing I didn't like was the price of the breakfast. Plenty of cafes nearby!

I had a good stay at YOTEL. The room was modern and clean, but very compact – it was tricky to even open two small suitcases at the same time. The night staff were friendly and helpful, and the day staff were also polite and efficient. That said, I did get the impression they preferred guests to use the self-service iPads rather than offering personal assistance, even when there were several staff members behind the desk. Overall, a convenient and comfortable option if you don’t mind the small space and a more self-service approach. Shower leaked

Rooms too small - booked a Queen room and you can't walk around the bed, room size is single occupancy in most hotels. When it is moved to si upright like a hospital bed you can just squeeze along the end but when it's flat overnight if you need a wee you have to clamber over your spouse. Only charge points on one side of the bed, mo tea/coffee facilities in room and view was a brick wall. Shower is nice and bed is comfy but overall can't imagine I'll book again.
