Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino

This location is absolutely amazing, it could easily be considered a sanctuary in the organized chaos of Cairo streets. As soon as you walk in, you feel the tranquility around you take on. The entire staff was amazing. We were fortunate to have access to the lounge where the is amazing team, like Mahmoud and Karizn and a very pleasant Young lady to assist us during our initial check-in and followed up to make sure our accommodation were to our satisfaction. The food at all of the food choices was excellent with non that disappointed. The Italian as well the Japanese were particularly good. Again… a great location with phenomenal staff throughout the entire hotel.

I had a wonderful experience, the service was great and so was the food. I received amazing service from Amira who was our server. Being vegan they were very helpful and kind and made accommodations and provided a delicious pasta dish with vegetables. Amira and other staff checked on us and how we were enjoying our meal .Again, the food was great and we’ were catered to.With the service. I would definitely recommend this place! It was a delightful dining experience!

Beautiful experience at this hotel. We just arrived today and decided to try the Italian Restaurant at the Hotel named Giannini’s. Excellent service by our waiter Hadeer, she was very kind and provided fast and professional service. The food was great, and came out fast. We have ate at a lot of Italian restaurants and this was by far one of the best. Highly recommend the pizza here and main pasta dishes. 10/10 Please give this place a try and look for server Hadeer! 😊

Giannini’s Italian Restaurant exceeded my expectations with truly authentic flavors, especially the pizza. And I say that as a very picky Italian who’s had hundreds of pizzas. The food was fresh, delicious, and felt just like home. Our server, Hadeer, was fantastic ,extremely friendly, accommodating, and made the whole experience even better. Service was quick, the atmosphere welcoming, and overall it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

We are spending an extended period at the Sheraton Cairo and want to highlight the exceptional housekeeping service we received from Mohamed Abdel Basset. He took care of our room with remarkable consistency and care. The room was always spotless and perfectly arranged—truly immaculate. Towels and amenities were replenished proactively, and any request was handled immediately; we never had to ask twice. It’s rare to find this level of attention to detail day after day, but Mohamed delivered it with a friendly, professional attitude that made us feel welcome and at home. This kind of service elevates the entire hotel experience. Thank you to the Sheraton Cairo team for making our extended stay so comfortable and stress-free. We’ll gladly return and recommend this property to friends and colleagues
