Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was even offered a complimentary drink while I waited. The room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, and a beautiful view from the balcony. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything pristine. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of options for breakfast and dinner. I also appreciated the hotel’s amenities—especially the pool and fitness center, which were both clean and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this is a perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

10/10 We had an unforgettable stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Park Lane! The service was truly top-notch, with incredible attention to detail from start to finish. A special shoutout to Catalina and Aidan in the restaurant—without a doubt, the best servers. They were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially our 3-year-old, who was treated like royalty by all the employees, including the chef!!!. The entire team made our visit feel both fancy and elegant while still being family-friendly. We can’t wait to return!

We really only swung in to look at the flowers in the lobby, having seen them on TV, and decided to have a drink. The flower displays were lovely, and even for just a single drink the staff were lovely, you all get the same great service. Seated outside in the sunshine, it was a lovely diversion for an hour.

As you would expect from FS. Amazing location, very clean rooms, wonderful staff. Concierge, specially Claudia was wonderful, helped us get a reservation at a sold out afternoon tea and recommended amazing activities. They are all amazing. Valet, door man, reception, … breakfast staff, housekeeping,… there was not one staff that wasn’t helpful, friendly or kind. They all try to make your stay enjoyable. And above all my son had an incident unrelated to hotel but hotel went above and beyond, sent security manager and another manager to our room immediately, they checked on him the next day, gave me comfort they will be available all night to take him to ER. This is one of the best FS, if not the BEST!!! Thank you FS, we loved London mainly because of your hospitality. And I can say not all FS are like this, so Kudos to the general manager, we hope to be back soon.
