Spent 4 nights at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine at the end of July. Fantastic property with friendly and attentive staff. We had booked the Madeleine suite which included free car service one way (either from or to the airport). This was incredibly convenient and our drivers couldn't be nicer. The hotel was convenient to many restaurants, a convenience store, the train station (1 hr to Versailles), and many of the quintessential sites. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of fruit, meats, cheeses, and breads, along with the most amazing French yogurt. There was also the option to order crepes, omelets, etc. but with the buffet style selection we had plenty of choices each day.

I loved the customer service and the location of this hotel. Staff was very welcoming and was happy to call me a cab whenever needed. The amenities and items I received complimentary at this hotel also exceeded my expectations. The rooms had AC and was much needed during the warmer days in Paris. Unfortunately the rooms were smaller than I imagined but I understand this hotel used to be a boutique hotel so the space in the building would have been limited. I definitely will be staying here again. I enjoyed my stay.

Luxurious Boutique Hotel. Staff quickly greeted us and made us feel welcome. Interior is nicely appointed. Check in took only minutes. Beautiful accommodations. Rooms a little small and we didn’t mind. Very spacious bathrooms with marble furnishings. Overall great value.

In a gorgeous building 🏢 along the boulevard leading to Eglise St Augustin. Great location all within walkable distance of the main sites and shopping. Rooms considered spacious by European terms. With a bath and shower. Another great Hyatt experience .

3 star experience at the price of a 5 star hotel! The service was the worst we've ever received from a 5 star hotel. We emailed the concierge 2 weeks in advance to make restaurant reservations, they emailed back to confirm out reservation, but when we went to the restaurant we find out that they never actually made the reservations. No one apologized or offered any form of compensation for this disappointment. Rooms look outdated, staff were not friendly, and one elevator was under maintenance for 2 weeks leading to long waits for the elevator.
