Stayed in for 6 nights / 3 rooms, with family looking to explore Paris. Overall perfect stay meeting the definition of 5 stars property(in hospitality and service),, as family we had no any single issue. Location is prime (a close walk from champs and arc de trimophe, in a nice quite street with near by shops/metro station) -Rooms, amenities, housekeeping and room services were excellent. -Breakfast is quite good. -Hotel restaurant is amazing. -Concierge very helpful (made reservations, tours and offered good suggestions). -Bellman/Doorman we’re helpful, kind and professional Thanks to all staff and Special thanks to Emily (front desk) & Thibaut (concierge)

My stay at L’Hôtel du Collectionneur Paris started on the highest note thanks to the outstanding service I received from Eleanore at check-in. Despite the reception being busy, she greeted me with warmth, patience, and genuine professionalism that instantly set the tone for my stay. She took the time to carefully explain every detail, answered all my questions without the slightest sign of rush, and even offered tailored recommendations about the hotel facilities and local area. What impressed me most was her patience and ability to make me feel like a valued guest, not just another check-in. Eleanore truly exemplifies what five-star hospitality should be—grace, attentiveness, and genuine care. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s professionals like her who transform a good stay into an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this hotel, and a special thank you to Eleanore for making my arrival so memorable.

I don’t even know where to start about this hotel. I am also surprised with the 10/10 reviews. In our room, you could hear all the noises from the road, such as cars honking. You can’t even change your clothes in the room, because the non-see through curtains do not fully close, and people can see you from the building across. For a simple request, you have to call many times. The person who checked us in didn’t even tell us where the elevator was. Their restaurant is only open til 2:30 PM. We went to the bar to eat dinner and sat down for 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us and we decided to leave. The lobby area was crowded when we were there. We didn’t even get a chance to sit in the lobby. Also, give yourself time for check out process. The luggage help didn’t show up after many calls. The receptionist, Isabelle, had to help us with the luggage. Overall this hotel is far away from 5 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This hotel is the FURTHEST thing from 5 star. Starting off, we paid 180 euro to have a bottle of champagne and rose petals in the room before we arrived. We get there and they’re not in the room- disappointing but can be fixed. This was a surprise for my wife since this is our honeymoon, so I let the hotel know and we leave for an hour so they can fix it. We get back and there is someone still in the room with the flower petals half done and she hands us the bag and says we can finish it if we would like to and that someone would come by later with the champagne. This is frustrating as we left and gave them plenty of time to resolve the service we paid for which I explained to the manager and they offered a 50% discount and to do extra that night. The extra ended up being some tacky foil heart balloons and two small bottles of juice and a piece of cake….. could not be farther from any 5 star experience. When I expressed that I would like a full refund they felt like they had put in extra effort and we did not deserve a full refund. Very disappointing considering we were expecting great service as posted all over the website. I would warn anybody to not stay here if you’re expecting halfway decent service. Still shocked they would not refund us the 180 euros when that seemed like the least they could do.

would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received during my stay, which unfortunately does not reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, my experience was disappointing: • I was assigned a room that was already occupied by another guest. Although your staff admitted this was the hotel’s mistake, no compensation was offered. • I sent some clothes to the laundry service for ironing only. After three days, they were still not delivered to my room, and in the end, I was told to collect them myself from the reception. This is absolutely unacceptable in a 5-star property. • Housekeeping was only carried out after repeated calls, and on several occasions, my requests were completely ignored. • Yesterday, there was no water in my room for the entire day. Despite my repeated calls, the issue was only resolved very late in the evening. • When I requested extra hangers for my clothes, the staff member simply told me “this is hotel policy” and that only two hangers are provided. They refused to offer any solution, which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Only after I insisted on speaking with the duty manager were the hangers eventually sent to my room. Overall, this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I strongly believe immediate action should be taken to address these serious issues.
