Broadway Plaza Hotel

A perfect stay for the weekend! You absolutely cannot beat the location of this hotel, and the rooms are beautiful and spotless. We stayed in one of the corner rooms and loved how spacious it felt. The bathrooms were very clean, the in-room amenities very thoughtful with some extra welcome snacks and water replenished daily. The service was also exceptional, particularly from the folks at the front door who helped us with our baggage and arrange transportation to the airport. Special thank you to Jarvis for his extra attentiveness to our needs! We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re in the city.

Broadway Plaza is a fantastic location! So easy to access anything. Great room 505 with Empire state view! Beds are divine with pillow top and ample comfy pillows. There are great room facilities such as pod coffee machine, big coffee mugs, steamer for clothes. Staff are friendly.

This hotel stay was lovely! The receptionists were very kind and helpful. I forgot some cash & a few of my cards in my room & they were very helpful in returning my lost items. The room was clean and spacious with nice views & the hotel is in the perfect location!

Amazing Family Stay – Great Location, Great Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel as a family of five. Our suite was spacious, stylish, and had an unforgettable view of the Empire State Building — a true New York City highlight! The location was perfect — walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel felt calm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the outstanding service. Anthony, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He helped us arrange transportation to the airport and was always available with a friendly smile and helpful advice. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff — they were incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless during our stay. The price was very reasonable for a suite of this size, in such a central location. We were truly impressed and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting NYC!

I stayed here for a couple of nights and honestly, it was worth every penny. I had one of the newly renovated rooms with a private terrace, and the view was absolutely stunning. Seeing the Empire State Building at all hours of the day was truly unforgettable. The room felt modern, clean, and luxurious. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully designed. I appreciated the complimentary snacks, the Nespresso machine, and all the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproof windows made the space feel peaceful despite being in the middle of Manhattan. The staff was warm and helpful. One rainy day, they even went the extra mile to find me an umbrella so l wouldn't get wet. I also appreciated the hotel manager checking in with me personally during the stay, which added a nice personal touch. The location is fantastic. It's a safe and central area, surrounded by great places to eat, drink, and shop. I barely needed to leave the neighborhood. I truly recommend this boutique hotel for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing, and memorable stay in New York City.
