Hilton Maldives Amingiri Resort & Spa

Just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at Hilton Maldives Amingiri. The location itself is perfect.. only 20 minutes by boat from Malé, but it feels like a whole other world. Our villa was so quiet and peaceful, the spa was next-level (proper recharge vibes), and the food… wait… it was crazy. Especially evenings at the Sunset Bar (Eden Champagne & Gin Bar) easily one of the best spots on the island. What made it even more special were the people!!!! Ziyam got me on the tennis court, Deepak’s yoga sessions were the best way to start the day, and Mari at the dive center made the underwater world come alive. Asma and Nisha at Habitat treated us like family, Shuna and Hassan were always around making sure everything went smoothly, and Andrew (the GM) really sets the tone across the resort. Emmanuel & Siya also went above and beyond with every detail. Oh, and it was my birthday while I was there… the team pulled off a CRAZY surprise in my room that I’ll never forget. One of those trips where everything just clicks!!! place, people, and memories. Already want to go back.

We are just about to finish our stay at Hilton Maldives Amingiri, and as we prepare to leave tomorrow, we still feel the happiness and warmth from this incredible experience. From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness and hospitality, and throughout our stay, everything has been beyond our expectations. Our villa was beautiful, private, and comfortable, with a personal pool and bicycles to ride around the island. The buggy service made everything easy and convenient, and everywhere we looked, the views were absolutely stunning. Every staff member we met was genuinely kind and attentive. Thanks to the Dive Center and Water Sports team, we enjoyed every activity safely and joyfully. From the honeymoon package to shark snorkeling, jet skiing, and the sunset cruise, each experience was unforgettable. (My wife has also left a separate review for the Dive Center because it was so wonderful!) One of our favorite memories is spending every afternoon at SIP during Happy Hour. It was always a joyful time, especially thanks to Nik, who welcomed us every day with a warm smile and kindness that made our afternoons so special. Breakfast at Habitat was another highlight. The food was fresh and delicious every morning, and Vitta made our mornings even brighter. He has such a kind and caring nature, and starting the day with his positive energy truly made a difference. We also want to express our deepest gratitude to Mozi, who supported us 24/7 from the very beginning to the end of our stay. He took care of all our requests, reservations, and changes so quickly and efficiently, always with kindness and clarity. Because of him, we were able to relax completely and enjoy every moment without worry. Hilton Amingiri is not only an incredibly beautiful place, but it is made truly special by the amazing people who work here. Every single staff member we encountered was wonderful, and they made us feel so welcome and cared for. We are so sad to be leaving tomorrow, but we are leaving with the happiest memories. Thank you for giving us such a perfect honeymoon. We cannot wait to return one day. 감사합니다! 😄

This was our second time at Hilton Maldives Amingiri and we're already planning our next trip with friends. There's a reason we keep coming back - the food is absolutely incredible, the rooms are so spacious you never feel cramped, and the service is just phenomenal. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect.Mo Zi is a real standout gem! We're already looking forward to his 6 star service on our next visit! Unbelievable staff and facilities all around.We've tried other resorts in the Maldives but honestly, nothing compares to this place. It's become our home away from home and we can't recommend it enough!

Absolutely amazing experience at Hilton Maldives Amingiri Resort & Spa! The resort was incredibly clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and our villa was simply stunning – everything felt like a dream. I want to give special thanks to Chef Rajee – one of the chef managers – for his outstanding hospitality. He personally served us at the table with so much humility and even prepared special dishes just for us. Truly unforgettable. Also, huge appreciation to Chef Ahmed from Egypt, who added a warm and friendly touch to every meal, and to Waseem, who provided excellent service throughout our stay – always kind, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, calm, and exceptional service in the Maldives.

The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — the views are truly stunning. However, I’d like to point out a few things that really need improvement. Although it’s a 5-star resort, the staff’s attitude felt more like a 3-star experience. They were not warm or welcoming, and everything seemed to revolve around money. We were constantly asked to pay extra for things that should have been included. For example, even though we booked a half-board package, we still ended up paying more every day. They never informed us about free activities or events — they only focused on promoting paid options. Overall, the service felt very transactional and not up to 5-star standards. The only truly positive part of our stay was the Kids Club. The team there was amazing — friendly, respectful, cheerful, and genuinely passionate about their work. A special thanks to Nizar,lisa, and Zahra — they absolutely deserve a bonus for their kindness and professionalism. In summary, we wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others. It’s nice for a one-time visit only, mainly because of the staff’s attitude.
