Our stay at this hotel in Bali was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were genuinely polite, humble, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their warm and attentive service made us feel very special throughout our entire stay. It’s rare to come across such heartfelt hospitality, and it really enhanced our experience. Whether it was offering helpful local tips or simply greeting us with a smile each day, the staff went above and beyond in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Bali.

We had a really lovely stay here!! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of - security helped us with our luggage right away and check-in was quick and smooth. We were greeted with a refreshing coconut water when we arrived which was a nice touch. The team was consistently warm and friendly, always smiling & helpful, and we appreciated the little gestures throughout our stay, like the complimentary tea and snacks served daily. The hotel’s location is super convenient, and we loved the calming, spa-like atmosphere and thoughtful interior design. When we were shown to our room, the staff took the time to explain everything clearly so we’d feel comfortable and know what to expect. Even though there was a bit of noise from nearby bars and clubs (which is understandable given the area), the soundproofing helped a lot and we still slept well. We’ve stayed at a number of resorts in Bali, and this one really stood out for its hospitality. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant, we truly appreciated it and would definitely come back the next time we’re in Bali :)

Loved this hotel in Bali! The service was top-notch and the food was amazing. The room was spacious with a bathtub, double sinks, mini bar and snacks. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also included. We especially loved the food—we ordered room service every night! Definitely worth trying, especially their nasi goreng with prawns.

Kinda want to gate keep this hotel but also need it to keep running so I can be back in future!!!! We absolutely adore this hotel! Newly opened in April this year, the hotel is beautifully designed with wood accents everywhere. Bed is super comfortable, bathtub is HUGE, TV allows for streaming of Netflix, rooftop pool is serene, spa was lovely (in-house guests have special discounts too) and the water filter is top notch (my shower filter did not even turn brown one bit)! Breakfast was amazing as well, can’t get enough of their smoothie bowls! Their customer service was also 100/100! The staff are always smiling and greeting you warmly. We’re missing this place already; will definitely be back! PS. My only gripe was the blinds in the room; they’re definitely not friendly for light-sleepers but that aside, everything else was perfect!

Newly built hotel in Seminyak with impeccable service. We got the escape suite and it was lovely with a nice bathtub and a separate rain shower. Amenities are all provided. Room was clean. They served afternoon tea on our arrival which was a lovely touch. Staff are really attentive. Spa rooms available on every floor of the hotel which I got to enjoy post checkout. Would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a boutique intimate experience.
