Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu by IHG

Had a very good experience here. Fira at reception was very welcoming. I was hungry when I arrived and she was kind enough to recommend a warung for me to eat. The location is very strategic, everything you need is within walking distance (laundromat, restaurants, convenience store etc). The breakfast was good, main course were made fresh. I had their big breakfast, nasi goreng kampung, and dumplings and all were exceptionally delicious. Their desserts were also memorable. Kudos to the kitchen team. The F&B staffs and the security team were also very friendly. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive, asking me if i needed a refill on my room amenities. My room was very clean as well. However, I noticed some drain flies in the bathroom area. But overall I had a really good time here. Thank you :)

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Canggu, close to cafes, shops, and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are super clean, modern, and comfortable, and the rooftop pool is amazing, especially at sunset. A special thank you to Dian from the staff—she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and local tips made a big difference and really made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Canggu. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was truly wonderful! All the staff were friendly. I was very satisfied with the excellent service I had hoped for before arriving. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful, and the food was delicious. And all the famous spots in Canggu were nearby, making it a great place to explore!

My room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the little touches of hospitality that made me feel at home. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Canggu – whether for relaxation, family holidays, or a getaway with friends.
