From the moment I stepped into the Four Seasons New York Downtown, I was impressed by its understated luxury and impeccable service. The lobby is elegant without being overdone, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views of lower Manhattan. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the marble bathroom with deep soaking tub felt like a private spa. I also took advantage of the fitness center and indoor pool — both were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The concierge went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations and last-minute reservations. Located just steps from the World Trade Center and close to Tribeca, the hotel is perfectly situated for both business and leisure. It’s not inexpensive, but the quality of service, comfort, and location more than justify the price. A truly five-star experience from start to finish.

My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons downtown for one night to celebrate Father’s Day. From the moment we made the reservation, the service from the hotel was amazing. They were responsive to requests and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our stay. Upon our arrival they had goodies for our daughter and made us feel so welcome and at home. The suite we stayed in was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable. They sent us champagne, cookies, and cupcakes help us celebrate the occasion. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. The hospitality and attention to detail are exactly why we choose the Four Seasons.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown during my vacation, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a fantastic view of the city skyline. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the World Trade Center, the 9/11 Memorial, and some great restaurants and shopping spots. I felt completely safe both inside the hotel and around the neighborhood, even during nighttime walks. One of the best parts of my stay was the food. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals, and room service was always fast and courteous. I also enjoyed spending time at the spa and pool, which added to the relaxation. This hotel is a great blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City—whether you're here for business or just exploring the Big Apple.

Sophie at the desk phenomenal. All staff excellent. Room perfect. Igor the GM even made a point to approach me and introduce himself. A big sports team was staying here and you can tell they had to put priority on them but with ZERO hesitation they made me feel like I was just as important or more than the team. I am a peninsula guy but I will be staying here when I need to be closer to downtown that’s for sure. And lastly “Duran” the lead doorman was something else. Went out of his way to make my life easier & flawless the entire stay. He understands how to make a guest feel important and our lives easier. Kudos to him. 5* A+++. GO HERE NOW.

We love the Four Seasons chain and often stay worldwide however in our recent visit to the spa the customer service and facilities were disappointing. We paid roughly $1,000 for a 60 min couples massage and 30 min sauna session however the sauna bench was broken and unusable so we didn’t end up using it. They still charged us almost full price for the sauna. Was planning on making this our usual celebration hotel/spa but we were disappointed with the service.
