Hard Rock Hotel Bali

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. Everything about it was just amazing. The place is spotless, very well maintained, and full of great facilities. The pools and slides were fantastic—our son couldn’t get enough of them. Breakfast was included, and honestly, it was a highlight. So many delicious options, and something different every day, which kept it exciting. A huge thank you to the chefs and all the staff—you’re doing an incredible job. The spa deserves a special mention too. One of the best we’ve experienced, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone staying here. The location is also perfect, with restaurants and shopping centres just a short walk away. We also loved the kids’ club and the live entertainment every evening. It really made the stay feel lively and fun for the whole family. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for such a memorable stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Hard Rock Hotel. It was amazing. Very clean, with lots of facilities. The pools and slides are great, our daughter absolutely loved it. We had the breakfast included and it was so delicious with lots of options and they had different options every day. Huge thank you to the chefs and all people who work there. You are doing amazing job. Spa in the hotel is one of the best. Highly recommend it. Very close to different restaurants and shopping centres. They have kids club, live entertainment every day which was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thanks a lot.

Just an amazing experience to stay at this hotel. My kids 1 and 9 years old had so much fun in the pool and slides and games and play areas. The service was exceptionally good . My toddler broke a glass in the room and the room service appeared minutes after our call to clean the place. We had breakfast included in our stay , it was just amazing. We found Indian dosa too which was yummy, apart from all the continental breakfast. My son loved the pancakes. I would like to go back to this place again. Very family friendly.

I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel with my family and everything was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety for everyone. The staff were always attentive. I also recommend the Jamie Oliver Kitchen restaurant—we went as a family and the food was extremely delicious. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach and close to Beachwalk Shopping Mall in the center of Kuta. Overall, a great experience and I’m looking forward to coming back! 😊

The location of the hotel is amazing—right in front of the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, although the hotel itself doesn’t have direct beach access. The pool was a definite highlight for us; we spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. Our room was quite simple but decent enough for a short stay of three nights. We only tried the pool bar for lunch, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The food was dry, tasteless, and overall underwhelming, so we decided not to eat at the hotel again during our stay. What really let us down was the lack of the expected “Hard Rock” experience. The music was forgettable, and there was no signature Hard Rock Cafe vibe. That was the biggest disappointment, as we were hoping for something more energetic and unique. We also weren’t expecting a cabaret show on Friday evening—it felt out of place for what we thought would be a rock-themed atmosphere. On top of that, smoking was allowed in the bar area after 9 p.m., which was unpleasant and unexpected. Overall, a mixed experience—great location and pool, but lacking in food quality and the iconic Hard Rock atmosphere.
