Le Casablanca Hotel was a lovely place to start our trip to Morocco. The building is elegant and traditional but very comfortable. It's situated in an upscale neighbourhood which feels very safe for walking. Our room was large and comfortable - lots of room for the two of us and our luggage - and it was quiet, even though the hotel is on busy street. Wifi was strong and reliable throughout our stay. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is extensive and not crowded when we were there. Dinner was very good - great selection of traditional international dishes. We had nothing but good service from the friendly, helpful staff.

Convenient location, beautiful hotel, spacious rooms and good service overall. The food at la pergola is amazing. The tea time in the lobby is nice. The room service is quick and pretty decent. The spa is small but the therapist was very good. Highly recommend

Le Casablanca is located in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes by taxi from most of the known landmarks in town. My room was spacious, although a bit noisy because of the traffic (the hotel directly faces a busy, 4-lane road). The cleanliness isn’t top notch, although adequate for local standards. Unfortunately some members of the personnel lack in competence, or training, or passion for their work - or of all of them. The outcome is well exemplified by the breakfast buffet, of which I attach a few photos taken at 9:36am on a Saturday morning.

I had a disappointing experience at Le Casablanca Hotel yesterday. We were stopped at the entrance by a security guard who refused to let us in because of my friend's dress, claiming it was too short. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing another guest walk out at the same time wearing an equally short dress without any issue. This felt discriminatory and inconsistent, and it's not the kind of treatment you expect from a 5-star establishment. We left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior and ensures all guests are treated with respect and fairness.

We had heard that the hotel was one of the most prestigious in Casablanca, which raised our expectations. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed by the poor quality of service, especially at the hotel restaurant. Coming from New York, we were hoping for a unique and memorable experience. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, the blonde waitress was unwelcoming—she almost made us feel like we weren’t welcome at all. When we politely asked to have the curtains closed, we received no response whatsoever. Ultimately, we felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave.
