My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The entire staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. I would especially like to commend Ms.Seda, whose outstanding service and genuine care made a significant difference. Her warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail were deeply appreciated. Thanks to her and the wonderful team, I look forward to returning soon.

Exceptional Hospitality and Warm Service From the moment we checked in, the reception staff were amazing—welcoming, accommodating, and ready to assist. The restaurant team was equally wonderful, ensuring a pleasant dining experience both during breakfast and throughout Ramadan. Their attentiveness and kindness made a real difference. The housekeeping team was also fantastic—always helpful, smiling, and making small conversations that felt warm and genuine, even beyond language barriers. Overall, the hospitality at this hotel made my almost three months stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it and would love to return! Special mention for Eskander, Mustafa and everyone involved in running this place. Jihan on the shuttle van was likewise amazing. Thank you

Absolutely brilliant experience. Hotel manager Can and his team were brilliant throughout the holiday period. I must say Seda, Yeelda (spa), yunus, Jacob, were so supportive and really good at their jobs. Any small issues I had were taken care of immediately. Full credit to hotel management. I must not forget night reception team who let me use their phones to order late. Ight takeout. A big thanks to them. Excellent experience.

Thanks to moevenpick team members , in the service line , who contributed in making my stay in the hotel comfortable and enjoyable, especially the Guest relation department; Ms. Seda Oztas who showed a high level of customer courtesy at a professional level. As well as the team at the front desk (Receptionist) who were very cooperative with a warm welcome. Also Yaqoub from the HK, very nice and smily person , who takes care of customer needs with high level of following up. The food quality , presentation at the breakfast buffet is excellent & showing the Moevenpick identity exactly as it is un all its branches, the flavor is very yummy 😋 All other team members whom I met during my stay whether on their job sites, or in any of the hotel outlet ls were smiling , with warm greetings and working wholeheartedly. They deserve the all the best. If I am asked if I will repeat the experience or not in the future, my answer is, yes, I will gladly do.

This stay was great. The apartment was super clean and spacious with somewhat good view. The staff were super nice, polite and attentive. Mehmet was exceptionally helpful. Would recommend for a quick city break aa you can be self-sufficient and cook for yourself and your family. Just a note the room service is pricey, especially when converted from pounds. Overall great stay.
