Eresin Hotels Topkapı

The staff in this hotel is fantastic. Not just the front desk, but also the guys at the door and the guys at the bar... They were very well trained, nice, and warm. They accommodated all of our annoying requests with having a 1 year old, and gracefully offered extra help or recommendations. We're gonna make sure to tip them before leaving.

We stayed at Eresin Hotel with family during our return trip to Canada and left with nothing but great memories. The building and rooms may be a little dated, but they’re exceptionally clean and extremely well maintained. The real gem of this hotel is the staff—so friendly, curious, and genuinely helpful. They welcomed us with such warmth that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was fantastic, offering an endless variety of delicious items to choose from—easily one of the best spreads we’ve had. Highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality, cleanliness, and memorable service!

The hotel is quite vintage! They have a lot of vintage collection and the telephone booth which I like. The room is quite old for me, but it is spacious. The breakfast is great with a lot of cakes selection. Unfortunately the swimming pool has a strict rules for wearing swimming cap. I never had this rules before in every hotel that I stayed in Asia or Europe. The location is so strategic.

I stayed 1 night thanks to a Turkish Airlines stopover voucher. Very nice hotel in a great centralized area. The hotel is a little old but they do a great job of keeping it clean and looking luxurious. The room had all the standard accommodations and I even enjoyed a balcony window. Room service was a little slow but the food was delicious. Breakfast was as okay also.
