Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea

Had a very pleasant stay at this property that we chose as part of the Turkish Airlines Stopover program. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 6 in the morning, and the concierge kindly gave us our rooms with no additional charge. Rooms are spacious and really clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was also really good, limited selection but each option was of really high quality (try the scrambled eggs). Furthermore, would like to thank the concierge staff (did not get their names) who helped me late at midnight when a Taxi driver was trying to overcharge me for a fare, and they were kind enough to act as a translator for us and saved us from his scam.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes by a charming young gentleman named Buran, whose gracious manner and warm smile set a delightful tone for our stay. The hotel’s design was strikingly modern and effortlessly classy, a perfect blend of comfort and style. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and deeply considerate of our comfort throughout. Our room was immaculately clean and top-notch in quality, reflecting the highest standards. However, one point to note—though we were travelling as a family, the room was prepared with amenities suited for a couple only, which was a minor inconvenience. Our stay was as we expected and we wish to go back again.

We went as a family of 4 and the stay was amazing. They went above and beyond and would stay again. The hotel has a very nice and has a clean play area for children. The staff clean it straight after someone leaves and they are very good with children (offering colouring and other activities). The swimming pool is open till very late (I think 11pm) and has a well equipped gym and sauna. The metro is a 5 min walk and opposite is a park for children. Also if you cross over the metro there are loads of shops and food places. Behind the hotel is up scale shopping valley with coffee shops and nice restaurants. Uber/bitaksi is easy available from outside.

Mövenpick by Marmara sea is probably my favorite hotel from all the other hotels I have stayed at. The actual hotel is beautiful and service was exceptional. I especially love how welcoming and loving they were towards our toddler. We stayed here during our 3 day stay with the Stopover Program with Turkish Airlines. The hotel never asked for a credit card for incidentals, and we didn't feel like we were treated differently from other guests (even though we were technically non paying customers). The breakfast spread was amazing and vegetarian friendly, and they had a snack bar with sweets and small pastries in the afternoon. The children's play room was so cute and the attendant was so wonderful! We would love to stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at Mövenpick Istanbul Marmara Sea! From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism and hospitality from the staff was outstanding. The reception team was especially impressive—welcoming, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were beautifully designed, combining comfort with elegance, and every detail was clearly thought out. Housekeeping maintained everything impeccably, and the staff throughout the hotel consistently delivered top-quality service. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mövenpick Istanbul Marmara Sea for anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!
