Demiray Hotel Old City

Wonderful Experience at Demiray Hotel & Spa Everything was perfect during our stay at Demiray Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a great area, very close to Istanbul’s main attractions. One of the highlights is the spa area – absolutely fantastic! It includes three different types of saunas, a swimming pool, and a well-equipped fitness room. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The rooftop restaurant is also a gem. The view is simply stunning, and it creates a beautiful atmosphere, especially during breakfast or at sunset. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul who is looking for comfort, relaxation, and great service. 5/5 stars – We would definitely stay here again!

The service is perfect,also a big variety of food and friendly people who can speak very good English 😊We were really impressed, especially with a view on the top floor, you can enjoy eating breakfast and watching birds around you with a fantastic view , this is a real Good Morning. 🌞 By the bye, I forgot there my heart toy which my boyfriend had bought to me and hotels’ stuff send us this toy to London through delivery 😭😭🙏🏼Many thanks from all my heart, it means a lot we will never forget. We stayed at Demiray Hotel for 5 nights and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Istanbul. The location is unbeatable — right in Sirkeci, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and Grand Bazaar. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the warm, genuine hospitality from the hotel staff. A heartfelt thank you to Cihan Bey, who went above and beyond every single day. He was incredibly helpful with local recommendations, directions, and small thoughtful gestures that made us feel at home. His sincerity and kindness are rare — and deeply appreciated. The rooms were modern, very clean, and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring. But the real showstopper? The breakfast. The buffet selection was amazing — fresh, delicious, and offered a great mix of Turkish and Western options. We especially loved sitting on the breakfast balcony each morning. The view from up there was an absolute 10/10 — I honestly could’ve stayed there all day just soaking it in. If you’re coming to Istanbul and want a hotel that combines location, comfort, and truly genuine service… look no further. We will definitely be back and recommending Demiray Hotel to everyone we know.

Loved my stay at Demiray Hotel. Their rooftop restaurant is breathtakingly beautiful.The staff is very courteous & friendly. Excellent customer service and the breakfast is amazing, they serve a big breakfast. The location is very good its just a 5 minutes walk to the Hippodrome. Looking forward to staying with them next time.

This is a nice hotel with an excellent view from the rooftop and really good breakfast buffet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is really good in terms of visiting sites and getting a feel for the city - however, it is on a hill in a very busy area making it hard at certain times to access the hotel. Also, at night - two blocks from the hotel it is quite deserted so feels a bit dangerous. The hotel room is nice and clean, comfortable bed, and amenities - but the room and bathroom are very small. While I would recommend it, I would not say it is a 5-star hotel.
