Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Service is very friendly with attentive and customer friendly staff. They have a pillow menu with several options. Room service menu is extensive and the food portions are big. Location makes it easy to walk to cafes and easily find a taxi. Reception staff are welcoming and try to accommodate all requests

We stayed here for a week and it was amazing. The rooms were perfectly clean and breakfast was so good too. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Istanbul. This is also close to major attractions but away from the crowd.

The staff are amazing, the room is very good. One comment is that you should make sure with the hotel when you reserve that you need high floor rooms. We sent a note before booking to the hotel but yet we got a room in 3rd floor with no view.

Hotel services and staff were all great and it's a great location to stay. The only reason I gave 1 star is because of the last front desk agent during checkout who charged me $250 US Dollars/ $240 EUROS for a pillow I got blood on after my hair transplant surgery. I was never instructed to use a pillow cover or even how to properly use it, but I did it on my own. When I covered the pillow, it didnt fully cover it since there is a size difference with the pillow itself being a Large size and the pillow cover I was provided was a Medium. Every human moves in their sleep but that front desk agent refused to understand and proceeded with charging me $250 for ONE simple pillow. It's an outrageous amount for a small unintentional property damage due to their lack of communication. No pillow is worth that much money. When I go back to Turkey I will definitely not go back to this property.
