I had a wonderful experience at Miracle Hotel Asia Istanbul, and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service from the guest relations team. Tatiana went above and beyond to make my parents’ stay unforgettable. She personally arranged a beautiful birthday surprise for my mother, decorating the room with balloons and creating such a warm, joyful atmosphere. My parents were over the moon with happiness, and it truly made their trip special. I cannot thank Tatiana enough for her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care. The hotel itself is also fantastic – it’s spacious, very clean, and has a big, beautiful swimming pool that we really enjoyed. The breakfast was amazing, with so many choices and everything fresh and delicious. Overall, a perfect stay that combined excellent facilities with exceptional service. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Miracle Hotel in Istanbul and it truly was a beautiful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, I had to leave early in the morning and missed out on the hotel’s breakfast spread. However, the staff went above and beyond by preparing breakfast boxes for me to enjoy in my room before my departure. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my stay special. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. There was a mall and restaurant right next door, making it convenient for me to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping without having to venture too far. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. I would highly recommend the Miracle Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Istanbul. The staff’s exceptional hospitality and the hotel’s great location make it a top choice for travelers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Istanbul.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel is elegant and comfortable, with a beautiful pool, sauna, and steam room. Breakfast was tasty and varied. We loved the warm welcome and the complimentary hospitality upon arrival. The staff were amazing, especially Taitna, who was very kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

From the very first moment, My husband and I were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, always doing their best to make sure we were happy and comfortable, whether it was at the reception, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone showed true dedication to making sure guests are happy and satisfied. We left with beautiful memories — and already miss the kind faces that made our trip so special. Thank you to every member at Miracle Hotel for making us feel so welcomed. The breakfast was great. The staff were very helpful, and the service was excellent. They made us feel at home. They assisted us with our luggage, which we were able to store until the evening before heading to the airport. Special thanks to the gentleman in the red uniform who helped with our luggage and arranged a taxi for us when we left. We are very grateful for everything. ...... Something to improve: The Wi-Fi signal wasn’t very strong on the fifth floor where our room was, but it worked great downstairs. The extra third bed was unfortunately not very comfortable, though the other two were excellent.
