As frequent travelers, we have visited numerous hotels worldwide, and the DoubleTree by Hilton in Istanbul has truly impressed us. From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed, and throughout our stay, we felt exceptionally well taken care of. We would especially like to commend the staff, particularly Dalphine and Thuta, from the breakfast service Team whose professionalism and friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is of the highest standard – from the rooms to the public areas and the restaurant, everything was impeccably maintained. A special highlight was the breakfast: The selection was not only diverse but also of outstanding quality. Fresh ingredients, a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, and local specialties delighted us every morning. The dinner at the hotel restaurant also exceeded our expectations. Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton in Istanbul provides an excellent stay for both business and leisure travelers. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit!

My family and I stayed at DoubleTree Piyalepasa for 9 nights with our toddler and booked two rooms. The location is just outside the city chaos but super well-connected. A bus stop right outside takes you directly to Karaköy or Eminönü. One heads-up: the Istanbulkart machine across the road works most of the time—but not always! Rooms were clean, above average, and comfortable. A big thank you to Yasemin from housekeeping—she was incredible. Respectful, prompt, and by the third day, she already knew our routine and preferences. Once we stepped out, she worked her magic every time. My only suggestions: shower gel wasn’t topped up for 4 days, no face towels, and we only got 3 small water bottles daily—don’t be shy with the water, folks! Now, the real heroes of our stay? The breakfast team. Truly a class act. Not only were they welcoming and warm from day one, but by the second or third day, they were prompting me for my usual—whether it was coffee, eggs, or a sweet treat. That personal touch made breakfast feel like home. Hsu, Thuta, and Suda in particular were outstanding. On our last day, when my son was unwell and my wife had to stay in, they kindly let me take a small plate up for her. Hospitality like that stays with you. Special thanks to Esra, who helped coordinate transport and was incredibly responsive when we had trouble locating our driver. Suggestion to the hotel: ask the outsourced company to send a named contact/driver beforehand—waiting outside with a toddler and no info wasn’t ideal. Pool looked good but we couldn’t use it due to the swim cap rule—which felt a bit much for a bald dad and a cap-hating toddler. Overall, lovely stay, great people, and with just a few tweaks, this could be a top-tier hotel experience in Istanbul. Thank you for having us!
