a month agoI recently stayed at the Hilton for four days, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout my stay. My room was clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day. However, I did notice that the bed in my room had a slight curve, which affected my sleep quality a bit. Despite this minor issue, the rest of the amenities, including the dining options and facilities, were excellent. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others, especially if they ensure the beds are in top condition.

a month agoThis is my first time at this Hilton. I have been many Hilton hotels. This was one of the best. Location is great. Rooms are clean and big. Especially staff are polite and helpful. Hande is super amazing , she speaks Russian. And answered my all questions. Also Ruya was great. I will come to visit again hopefully. thank you

2 months agoThis is probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in with Hilton. I am a Hilton Diamond member and they did give us a small room upgrade.However I was told that we would not have access to the executive lounge. The executive lounge was the main reason I booked the hotel and per Hilton's terms as a diamond member I am entitled to access the lounge regardless of what room I am staying in. The manager wasn't helpful either. I also tried to contact the hotel several times by phone and email ahead of my stay and had no responses from the hotel. When it comes to the room, it was pretty run down, the curtains were torn down, housekeeping did a bad job cleaning. The staff is not very friendly at all. Again the main issue is this hotel is violating Hilton's terms and has a serious lack of customer service.
