From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. We were warmly greeted with incredible hospitality—cheesecake and drinks on arrival made us feel truly welcomed after our journey. The staff were exceptionally professional, polite, and supportive throughout our stay. What truly stood out was how the hotel handled a difficult situation with such grace and understanding. Due to a sudden medical emergency, we had to cut our trip short. The team was not only sympathetic but went above and beyond to assist us with a refund—something we truly appreciated during a stressful time. During our stay, the service was impeccable. The staff even conducted a car inspection to ensure there were no scratches or damages while it was parked, which showed their attention to detail and care for guests’ belongings. This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The professionalism, kindness, and warmth from the staff made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for top-tier service with genuine hospitality, look no further.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location is excellent just a short walk from Nişantaşı, making it ideal for shopping, dining, and exploring Istanbul. The rooms were very clean, the service was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Special thanks to (Can), who helped us get our room smoothly upon arrival. (Oguz)(both of them!) at the reception were incredibly helpful and professional.( Emrah) is an amazing person always smiling and making us feel truly welcomed; he was always ready to assist with anything we needed. (Rojon) greeted us each day with a warm smile and kindness, and (Efe)was consistently helpful and attentive. A heartfelt thank you as well to (Özgür), who was always smiling and treated us with great hospitality. His thoughtful gestures made us feel truly cared for. The entire team made our experience feel personal and cared for if we ever needed anything, they would make sure we got it. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Gleam Collection Hotel was the best hotel stay in Istanbul. Starting with the staff, everyone was helpful. We had 2 kids and they were full on helping with lifts strollers and everything. We booked junior suits and they were clean, well equipped with all our needs. The location is outstanding! Thank you Gleam Team!

We stayed here for 5 nights and were extremely satisfied! We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is very central, the rooms are super nice and clean, breakfast is delicious, and the staff is fantastic. Yusuf and Caner are very friendly, as well as the rest of the staff (whose names we unfortunately don’t remember). Thank you, and see you next time!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife for 15 nights, and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was shockingly rude and unhelpful. The staff lacked basic politeness, let alone the level of professionalism one would expect from a so-called 5-star property. One night, my wife became extremely unwell with food poisoning. She couldn’t stop vomiting, and I immediately called reception for help. Instead of showing any sympathy or even offering to assist with calling an ambulance, I was bluntly told to “go to a private hospital.” It took me over an hour to arrange an ambulance myself. When medical staff finally arrived, the hotel employees acted completely surprised, as if I had never reported the situation in the first place. The lack of care or compassion was disgraceful. As for the room—tiny doesn’t even begin to describe it. Moving around was nearly impossible. When I complained and asked for a room closer to what was advertised online, they refused unless I paid extra. They tried to mislead me by calling it an “upgrade with a balcony.” That so-called balcony was minuscule and dangerously unsafe—the wall barely reached my knees, making it a serious hazard, especially for children. The dining situation was no better. The hotel eagerly promotes its in-house neighbour restaurant, so I gave it a try. The food arrived ice cold and rock solid, completely inedible. On another occasion, after being pushed again by reception to order from the same restaurant, I made it clear I wanted the food hot this time. They assured me they would “let the restaurant know.” The meal arrived once again stone cold. When I complained, the staff simply shrugged and told me, “It’s like this everywhere—it’s your choice.” That level of rudeness and indifference is beyond unacceptable. Breakfast was equally disappointing: the same repetitive items every day, hot starters that were always cold, and poor overall quality. Nothing about this hotel reflects luxury, comfort, or good service. I deeply regret spending so much money here. For the same price, I could have stayed at a reputable hotel that actually provides real 5-star service. This was a huge mistake, and I would strongly warn others not to fall for the misleading reviews as I did. Avoid this place at all costs.
