The Westin City Centre Bahrain

I stayed here for a week during a business trip, and this was not my first visit. As always, the experience was exceptional. I’m sharing details from my most recent stay. Check-in was quick and seamless. The team kindly took my luggage to my room while I went to check the training venue where we were hosting a four-day program. The venue was perfectly set up and met all our expectations. Kiran and Hassan were on-site and incredibly responsive to our last-minute requests, while Walid stayed in touch over the phone to ensure everything was exactly as we needed. When my room key didn’t work, I stopped by the front desk and Rammah immediately reactivated it and also set it up on the mobile app. Just minutes after I got to my room, he called to check if everything was fine and to see if I needed anything—such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional—from the front desk team to events and F&B, and the restaurant staff where we enjoyed breakfast and lunch every day. This level of care and consistency is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!

The Westin City Centre Bahrain offers an excellent stay experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, especially the signature Westin Heavenly Bed. The staff are polite, helpful, and provide great service throughout the stay. The hotel is directly connected to City Centre Mall, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. Breakfast quality is very good, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and well-maintained. A perfect place for both business and leisure stays. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience at the Westin Hotel thanks to Emad. He was wonderful, extremely helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Emad helped me with logistics and essentially rescued my flight by handling everything so professionally and calmly. His capability and attention to detail were outstanding. Even after I had checked out, he made sure all my things were taken care of and that everything was completed properly. His support made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m very grateful for his help.

During my stay at The Westin Bahrain, I encountered an issue with the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I noticed a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the sleeping pillows, and the floor was not properly cleaned. We reported this matter to the manager and requested that he personally check and smell the odor. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the expected standards of the hotel

I didn’t get my welcome gift the 1000 points. I am completely unsatisfied from the hotel service and the check in took 30 minutes and it was frustrating from their service. The have wasted my time. The breakfast lady who was running behind me for a breakfast signature and still I was in the restaurant. Very bad service and I have asked upon check out for a separate bill for each but they have ignored my request and didn’t even add my nights. Looks like the hotel staff are not professional at all. 30 min to check me in and didn’t do a proper check out process. A 3rd issue last week at the breakfast, I was ordering some eggs from the chef and waiter was writing something wrong then what I told the chef, when I told the waiter I didn’t ask for for onion he got upset and throw everything away and left the order area. Very childish behavior and unprofessional attitude from a high star hotel. Hotel brought some staff with zero respect and training. I have sent an email to the hotel but they never replied about the issues. They don’t care about platinum members. For such service they didn’t even offer me a compensation. The hotel still didn’t reach out to the level of customer service and to offer compensation. I told the restaurant manager and no action was taken. At least a compensation should be given to be a Marriott standard hotel.
