Millennium Hotel and Convention Centre

We had a great stay at the Millennium Hotel and Convention Centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Selcia at reception for her warm welcome and outstanding help throughout our visit – she truly made a difference. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

We were very pleased with the overall quality of our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. The staff was very polite and attentive, and we felt truly welcomed during our entire visit. I would like to especially thank Adele for her exceptional help during our stay. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. Her warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

When I lost my apartment key after work. I did visit the hotel after 2am as the key shops were closed. The receptionist was polite and professional. He managed to book me a room and guided me to my room via Porter. The room was clean and neat, I had a good sleep as the room was quiet. If you lose your house keys. Just stay at the Millennium Hotel. Thank you again.

I really can't give you a proper review. The Tyson boxing gym is the only reason i came, and it was closed at my arrival. The lobby is clean, smelled good, and the elevators, too. Very nice looking as far as the hotel is concerned. 👌 hotel is near a busy highway

We had our Iftar at this 5-star hotel’s Salmiya branch, expecting a high level of hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience was far below acceptable standards. • No Welcome or Assistance: No one was at the entrance to greet or seat us. We had to look for a staff member ourselves to find our reserved table. • Unorganized and Messy Service: Once Iftar started, there were no waiters managing the sections, leading to long, chaotic queues at the buffet. • Poor Supervision at the Dessert Station: More than 30 children were playing with the food and mixing up plates. No staff intervened to maintain hygiene and order. • Lack of Table Service: In two hours, no waiter approached our table to clear used dishes or offer any help. • Coffee Station Mismanagement: Only one coffee machine was available, with no staff assisting, leading to guests arguing over turns. For a hotel that represents a well-known hospitality chain, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a proper dining experience.
