Whether I wanted to shop, grab a coffee, or explore, I never had to go far. The ease of access made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the variety of dining options. There were multiple restaurants offering different cuisines and dining styles. Whether I wanted a quick bite, a casual meal, or a fine dining experience, I had plenty of choices without ever leaving the hotel. The food was consistently great, and the service was just as impressive. Speaking of service, the staff was outstanding—professional, attentive, and always welcoming. From check-in to housekeeping, every interaction was smooth and pleasant. The hotel was also impeccably clean, which I really appreciated. Every space, from the lobby to the rooms, was well-maintained and spotless. Overall, I loved my stay at Grand Hyatt 360. The combination of convenience, great dining, excellent service, and cleanliness made it a top-notch experience. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed hotel.

I was ready to give this hotel a 5-star review, especially because of the outstanding service provided by Mr. Keith—an exceptional gentleman who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly during our first event at the Arena connected to the hotel. Our company had booked numerous rooms for two shows, and overall, the experience started off very well. However, my opinion changed after a disappointing incident following a long and exhausting event. At around 3:30 AM, after more than 12 hours of continuous work without a meal, I returned to my room and checked the in-room dining menu but found nothing suitable. I attempted to call room service, but no one picked up. I then ordered from an outside restaurant, and when the food arrived at 4:05 AM, I called the concierge to kindly ask for assistance in bringing it up to my room. To my surprise, they refused. I followed up with the front desk about 10 minutes later, hoping for a bit of understanding, but they also declined, citing hotel policy. While I respect that policies exist, I calmly explained our situation and asked for a one-time exception given the circumstances. Still, the answer was no, and I was forced to go down myself at 4:20 AM, physically and mentally drained. What disappointed me most wasn't the policy itself—it was the lack of empathy or willingness to accommodate a guest who had clearly been through a demanding day. It felt as though comfort and care were secondary simply because the food wasn't ordered through the hotel, which comes across as both inconsiderate and profit-driven. To make matters worse, I have to be up again at 9:00 AM for our second event at the same arena. It’s unfortunate that a single act of inflexibility diminished an otherwise great experience.

The room, housekeeping, and restaurants were great. But the customer service at the reception and concierge was very slow and unhelpful. For example, I told the receptionist twice that our keys weren’t working. Instead of helping, she took the keys from me and sent me alone to the fifth floor by the lift, expecting the door to open by itself. Cleaners had to open the rooms for my friends, which isn’t safe or professional. Very poor service—I’ve had better in 2-star hotels. Never again the customer service doesn’t match what I paid for.
