Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Indeed, it’s a great hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern, and have a lovely local touch. Everything was spotless, and I especially loved the premium-style coffee cups and saucers. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the lady at the front desk kindly upgraded me to a beautiful suite, thank you for your swift assistance (I wish I remembered your name!). The pool bar team was very friendly and their attention to detail stood out. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

A hotel is a hotel is a hotel, right? In hotel saturated Dubai it's not easy to be different. For reasons of location, reasonably close to Al Barari but also proximity to Dubai Mall (Burj), Hotel Indigo ticked most of the boxes. But it is different and has a bit of a boutique hotel feel to it. It has a very unique decor and theme. It is quite refreshing and different. There are limited staff vs the average hotel but service is pretty good across the board and it is well supported. There is a good pool area with a bar and tables for the odd snack or evening drinks etc.. Nice gym too. We were in for 10 days so you get a good feel for the place and we enjoyed it and would stay here again. Versus many others, it presents reasonable quality at a reasonable price and an arty twist that takes it out of the "same same".

Beautiful and truly wonderful hotel. We slept well, ate well and swam well. The room was very big and comfortable. Bathroom was also big with a very big walk in shower. All super clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were great. We bar food was super delicious especially the burger and fish. The bar and pool staff were super professional and very helpful and always happy with a beautiful smiles. The reception and concierge staff were great and very helpful. I loved the pool. We would like to thank all the staff for making our 5 day stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Title: A Truly Wonderful Long Stay Experience We moved to Dubai as a family to start a new chapter in our lives, and while sorting out jobs and Emirates IDs we needed to stay in a hotel before finding an apartment. We originally booked 3 nights at Hotel Indigo in Business Bay — and ended up staying almost 8 weeks because the experience was so good. This is an outstanding hotel in every way. The design is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and everything works seamlessly. But what truly makes it special are the people. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring — many of them felt like friends by the time we left. They made us feel at home during what could have been a stressful time. It was genuinely difficult to say goodbye when we finally moved into a temporary apartment. The only slight negative was towards the end of our stay, when one team member, Ransley, unfortunately created some tension that made our last few days less comfortable than the rest of our time there. I mention this only in the spirit of constructive feedback, as the rest of the team were remarkable and I am sure with support and further training he can improve his guest interaction. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would recommend Hotel Indigo Business Bay without hesitation. This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts as the first home we had in Dubai.
