InterContinental Jeddah, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed here and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to local attractions which made exploring the area very easy. The hotel also offered a decent breakfast, lunch and dinner and were well-maintained. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and reliable hotel.

I just visited the Hotel on 20th April 2025 and stayed there for three days. I was mesmerized to see their luxury accommodations, excellent staff behavior. I was impressed by clean and comfort rooms and top notch amenities. Its the best Hotel I have been privileged enough to stay at. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. The food quality was consistent. Some dishes were excellent,The breakfast options were extremely good and we had enjoyed a lot.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the Red Sea and easy access to key attractions in Jeddah. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the incredibly comfortable bed, which made my stay even more relaxing. Dining at the hotel was a real highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious international and local options, and the quality of the food was excellent. The on-site restaurants provided equally memorable meals with impeccable service. The pool and fitness facilities were top-notch, and the beautiful landscaped gardens added to the overall sense of tranquility. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the InterContinental Jeddah delivers a first-class experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning on my next trip to Jeddah!

I had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Jeddah. The room service was impressively fast, and the food at the lounge during dinner and breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and stunning views from the top floor balconies. The outdoor scenery, especially the garden area, was peaceful and beautifully maintained. A special thanks to Alam Gir, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Highly recommend for both comfort and luxury!

One of the older hotels in Jeddah, and starting to show it's age. Friendly staff. Easy access to/from the airport. Nicely appointed room, but conspicuous absence of power outlets (no usb outlets near the beds) with most outlets at the desk in the room. Outside pool is at the adjacent fitness centre and just a concrete hole in the ground. Sunloungers have no umbrellas, just umbrellas at some tables. Fabulous food options in both the main restaurant and "tea garden". Really friendly staff.
