The Jeddah EDITION

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such kindness and care. A special thank you to Ghassan and Saied for going above and beyond — their service was exceptional and made me feel completely at home. What made the experience even more memorable was how the hotel celebrated my birthday — it was such a thoughtful surprise and truly touched me. I’m so grateful for the hospitality and warm atmosphere. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a personal and unforgettable stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Jeddah EDITION and it was an excellent experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and offered great comfort. I would like to particularly commend the receptionist, Saeed, for his outstanding service. He was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality accommodation and exceptional service. Thank you

I looooved it! Loved the dj, vibes, food and everything however, the drinks need more work and I believe they will work more on it because I tried almost every drink on the menu and didn’t like any. Staff were super nice. 🤍

The hotel design is well worth to visit in a very prime spot location in town. Include the good vibes that they have. The background music 🎶 that they have been listening to was so great. People were so impressed in service and they were able to serve the audience well. Even the rooftop that they have was well organized. As I’ve been able to visit. This review is not included here the rooms as I was not aware about it and haven’t seen it for being honest about this particular place. Maybe one day. Good luck to them.

The hotel is very luxurious but the service totally does not match the price. The overall experience is very bad. 1. There is nothing to do in the hotel. There is a dock, but literally two steps out of the door, it was blocked. There is nothing outdoor, no where to walk. Everywhere is blocked. There is a pool on the top floor, but it was closed for some private event. Hotel guests cannot even go have a look. Then why do we pay for a luxurious hotel at this prime location? 2. Hotel staff does not help with booking activities or giving advice about what to do in Jeddah. No recommendation of restaurants, no help booking top restaurants, no help finding water activities. There is a yacht club right outside of the hotel. But how to book water activities? They do not know. 3. Traffic is very bad, cannot get back to the hotel every evening. Every night the road to the hotel is blocked. There is no pathway for hotel guest’s car. We have to talk back. When we walk back, there is no way to get in to the hotel. We have to bend to go under the block to get back, every night! When I see a security guy afterwards and ask him how should I get in? He point to the road block and say, just go through there. Is this how a five star hotel should be? 4. The breakfast buffet is too small. The buffet provide very limited choice of food. The quality is good but too small. There is no customized counter for omelet and stuff. I cannot believe this is one of the newest and best 5 star hotels in Jeddah. Overall, the decoration of the hotel is luxurious, everything provided in the hotel looks high end and expensive. But the service is non- existence and the some of the staffs are not well trained. When I check out, the staff asked me how was my stay. I said, very bad. She did not even ask me why. This small example tells the whole story.
