I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Moses, the restaurant supervisor. His professionalism, humility, and strong work ethic are truly remarkable. Mr. Moses is always attentive, focused, and consistently willing to help both guests and his team. His dedication and positive attitude do not go unnoticed, and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work. It is a pleasure to see someone so committed and hardworking. Swissôtel is very fortunate to have a supervisor like Mr. Moses on their team.

We had a great stay with Swissotel Living in Jedah while my husband, I and my son were travelling with our Mother after performing Umroh. Special thanks to Mr Malki in the front desk who kindly provided the extra bed for our Mother. Alhamdulillah. Much appreciated it. We stayed here for 4 nights and we really loved the room (so spacious) equipped by sophisticated and complete kitchen appliances like a laundry machine, an ironing set, a kettle, an espresso machine, an oven + microwave, and.. a dishwasher. All was brand new!! We also loved our bedroom & living room which furnished by the two big tv screens. The daily breakfast was also very nice with excellent services from the staff.

An Amazing Experience at Swissôtel Living Jeddah! I had the pleasure of staying at Swissôtel Living Jeddah, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service. The staff at reception were very welcoming, especially Walid Al-Maliki, who was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us check in early after a long flight something we really appreciated. The entire facility, including the luggage service, valet, pool, Jacuzzi, and bathrooms, was clean and well-maintained. I also have to mention Younes, who was particularly helpful and always had a smile on his face. The hotel is conveniently located near the Al-Balad and the Corniche, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of great restaurants around, so you really don’t need a car. Plus, Uber in this area is fantastic and much cheaper than traditional taxis, making it a very convenient choice for getting around. The attention to detail and the overall comfort of the hotel made it a perfect place to relax. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Jeddah. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel Living in Jeddah! Special thank you to Maliki the duty manager and Yonis who swiftly helped us when we discovered we had a different room to what we had expected. They had quickly resolved the issues and gave us a room that exceeded our expectations. Thank you both. We loved using the microwave fridge oven and laundry, definitely worth a stay if you need these things. And not to mention dinner and coffees just around the corner! I would only say as a bit of feedback to unclog the shower drains as they would quickly fill up and spill on the bathroom floor. Other than that would definitely stay again!

We stayed 2 nights at this 5-star hotel. We are very satisfied with the breakfast and staff at the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of European and Asian breakfast dishes and the quality was very good. The service is very attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean and we even received an upgrade. Considering the high price, the standard is not being delivered in terms of the spa area (that is why we booked this hotel). - The jacuzzi was dirty and not ready to use, even though we informed the reception that we wanted to use it - The pool bar is closed despite being advertised as open - No Massages are offered but displayed online as an additional service - Housekeeping did not clean the room in the morning and required a request
